Policies

SALES AND LAY-A-WAY POLICY
All money paid on sales or lay-a-way will not be refunded. Exchanges may be made with mgr. approval, only on merchandise that is new, unused, and in the original packaging. (EXCLUDING special orders, close-outs a as-is-mer-chandise). Customer assumes responsibility upon receiving merchandise. Merchandise will not be exchanged if customer is at fault of damages. All damages must be reported no later than 2 days from receiving merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all items exchanged for different merchandise. Deposits made on lay-a-way and sales will not be refunded, but may be used on other merchandise in the store as long as it is of equal or greater value of the lay-a-way or sales total, not the amount of deposit. No partial pick-ups on lay-a-way or sales will be be per - mitted under any circumstances, unless invoice is paid in tull. Customer must give at least 2 - 6 weeks notice before pick-up. Deliver fees are non-refundable once merchandise has left the store. If someone is not present at time of delivery an additional delivery fee will be applied. All merchandise under warranty is covered through the manufacturer. Lay-a-way payments subject to charge after 4 months.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
All special orders are subject to a 50% deposit that will not be refunded or exchanged under any clrcumstances. All damaged special order items will be exchanged for the same item only. Any damages must be reported immediately upon receiving merchandise. Special order items placed on hold for a lay-a-way or sale may be exchanged under normal sales and lay-a-way policy ONLY, if merchandise has not been ordered for production.
